I am an Aussie / Samoan living in Sydney.
I have created this blog to help inspire, motivate and encourage people to greater health and happiness wherever they may be in the world.
Here I want to share with you my journey, life experience’s and different things I have come to learn, understand and believe in. My own research through reading books and attending seminars as well as experimenting with different foods and exercises, has lead me to a place where I have never been more in tune with my body. My drive to reach optimal health and happiness has taken off and every day I am hungry to learn and understand more.
This blog is set up purely to be easy to read, relatable, fun and an enlightening little bit of goodness that can hopefully touch even just one person and help inspire them to reach their true potential in life, both physically and mentally.
I would love to be able to show by example that no matter where you are in the world, you are able to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle.
By no means am I claiming to be an expert or that I am qualified in nutrition and fitness because I am not and this is an ongoing learning process for myself as well. But for a long time now I have wanted to share how amazing I feel and how I have gotten here. I want to motivate and gently encourage people to make small changes, one step at a time or implement basic things into your life that could lead to a healthier lifestyle.
